A healthcare campus needed visitors to navigate complex buildings without getting lost. Existing signage was inconsistent and the client wanted the same data to feed web kiosks, mobile apps, and public map platforms.

We converted CAD floor plans and Lidar scans into standardized indoor map data, validated routing graphs for accessibility, and published feeds compatible with Google Indoor Maps, Apple Maps, and the client's own web app.

The result is a single source of truth for indoor geometry and routing that updates as spaces change, keeping every channel in sync.
