A logistics team was switching between spreadsheets, fleet trackers, and work-order systems to understand daily operations. Information was stale and inconsistent across shifts.

We designed and built a React-based dashboard that ingests data from eight operational systems, normalizes key metrics, and presents real-time status, alerts, and historical trends on large screens and mobile devices.

The dashboard is now the standard view for daily stand-ups and incident response, replacing manual reports and giving operators a shared picture of the field.
