Facility operators needed more than static drawings to plan upgrades and respond to incidents. They wanted a model that reflected current conditions and could be queried like a database.

We integrated Lidar scans, CAD as-builts, IoT telemetry, and maintenance records into a web-based digital twin. Users can inspect assets, measure distances, overlay sensor data, and simulate proposed changes.

The twin is now used for pre-job briefings, safety planning, and contractor coordination, with updates triggered by new surveys or sensor thresholds.
